Our Services
At RelaxLah Wellness, we offer personal training, small group fitness, and wellness coaching programs.
The Personal Training program includes customized/personalized workouts, supervised training sessions, training plans, fitness, wellness and nutrition information, complimentary small group fitness classes, and much more.
Our wellness coaching program focuses on building motivation as well as fitness training plans, complimentary small group fitness classes, and much more.
Small group fitness classes will be offered on a weekly basis, and these are available to non-RelaxLah Wellness program members as well.
WHY RELAXLAH WELLNESS
Hello, I’m Cindy Leonard. I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) with plenty of experience in coaching and teaching.
I offer virtual personal fitness training sessions along with wellness coaching.
My focus is currently on helping women who are going through perimenopause, menopause and beyond, as our bodies require a different type of support.
My goal is to become your personal cheerleader and exercise partner.
When you sign up to spend time with me, you’ll get customized fitness routine that is specifically tailored to your condition and goals. We will work on building strength in our joints and core, becoming more mobile and agile, and having better balance.
